As I surveyed the revelers and marchers around me today, I couldn’t help but feel a tremendous amount of pride and gratitude. Pride for all of us who live with courage and authenticity and gratitude for all who have fought for us to be able to walk on the streets hand in hand with our loved ones openly. There’s a lot of work to be done still, I know. But today, we celebrate.
