One of the best attributes of NYC is its people. Mainly, there are all kinds of people from all walks of life and all corners of the world. And we’re all free to do what we want and be who we are here (for the most part :P). I happened upon this scene while walking home one day, and it made me smile. Haircut on the sidewalk? Who cares?
