If you’re a foodie, New York is pretty much heaven. I mean, where else can you get such a diverse selection of cuisine from all corners of the world? And we don’t just have one kind of food from each country. For Japanese food, for example, we have sushi, ramen, izakaya, yakitori, etc. We also have Okonomi, a tiny joint in Williamsburg serving Japanese breakfast. The fish was so flavorful and juicy; the entire fare was fresh and light and on par with the breakfast we had at ryokans in Japan. The only downside is that this place is so tiny that if you miss the first seating, you’ll probably have to wait at least an hour before you are ushered inside.
