Nothing beats autumn in New York: (some of) the tourists are gone, the weather is slightly chilly but not yet deathly cold, the leaves are changing colors, and pumpkin-inspired drinks and dishes are everywhere. This is the best time to walk around the city and check out how much Halloween spirit each neighborhood has. I have to say, though, West Village pretty much wins it every year. I walked by Milk & Cookies Bakery over the weekend and took this shot after wolfing down a cooke, of course 😜
